Hi, I'm Jacqueline.

I migrated to Australia with my family, and I'm a parent of a child with a disability. I know what it's like to feel stretched thin, unsure of where you belong, and tired in ways that are hard to explain.

What helped me was a mix of faith, honest conversations and good professional support. I became a counsellor to offer that same kind of help to others.

Who I work with

I work with adults, couples and adolescents. I often see people who are:

• Facing challenges in their marriage or relationship
• Living with a terminal illness, or caring for someone who is
• Caring for a family member with a disability or any other condition
• Dealing with anxiety, grief or loss
• Adjusting to life after migrating, or to another big change
• Wanting to bring their faith into counselling

You don't need to have it all worked out before you get in touch.

Faith is welcome here, but never required

I'm a Christian, and if your faith matters to you, we can include it in our sessions. If it doesn't, that's completely fine. I'll work with your values and what matters to you. My approach draws on person-centred and solution-focused counselling.

How it works

• Online video sessions, 50 minutes, $150
• Friday and Saturday appointments available
• Sessions in English or Chinese
• Graduate Diploma in Counselling; Level 1 member of the Australian Counselling Association
• Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later cancellations are charged in full
• Health fund rebates are not currently available
